1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Digiscope, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Digiscope provides custom software development services, AI integration solutions, mobile applications, web platforms, and related consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom software development and implementation
  • AI-powered automation solutions
  • Mobile application development
  • Web platform creation and maintenance
  • Technical consulting and support
  • System integration services

3. Project Terms and Payment

All projects are subject to individual agreements that specify scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. General payment conditions include:

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
  • Scope changes require written approval and may affect project timeline and cost
  • Final deliverables are contingent upon full payment completion

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Client retains ownership of their data and content provided to Digiscope
  • Upon full payment, client receives rights to custom-developed solutions as specified in the project agreement
  • Digiscope retains rights to general methodologies, processes, and non-client-specific code
  • Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses

5. Confidentiality

Digiscope acknowledges that during the course of providing services, we may have access to confidential information. We commit to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
  • Use client information solely for the purpose of providing agreed services
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential data
  • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Digiscope provides services with professional care and skill. However:

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those specified in individual agreements
  • We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Specific warranties and support terms are detailed in individual project agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiscope's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from third-party actions or services
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Mutual agreement in writing
  • Material breach of agreement by either party
  • Non-payment of fees as specified in the agreement
  • With appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of Antwerp.

10. Modifications

Digiscope reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
